Clinical Massage
This massage technique addresses and eliminates postural distortions caused by muscular tension and myo-fascial imbalances. This technique is best used to treat chronic or recurrent pain. A clinical massage includes a postural assessment and future treatment plan.
Sports Massage
The use of many massage techniques, including Swedish, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, joint mobilization and stretching, that address the needs of athletes. Sports massage is used to enhance endurance, reduce the risk of injury, and shorten recovery time.

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a manual therapy that emphasizes long strokes, kneading and friction motions to encourage proper circulation. Swedish massage works to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, stretch tight ligaments and reduce emotional stress. Swedish massage is the primary type of massage that is used in spa-like setting.
Prenatal Massage
The modification of basic massage techniques and body positions to meet the needs of women as they undergo changes during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Massage has many benefits for the expectant mother, including reducing stress, decreasing swelling in the arms and legs, and relieving aches and pains in muscles and joints. Massage has also been found to reduce anxiety and depression, which can be most prevalent in the postpartum stage.

Full Body Stretch
This is a 30 or 60 minute, on-the-table, stretch routine that addresses the entire body. Stretching is a modality used to lengthen and elongate soft tissues. This is a great option if you are looking to increase your flexibility, decrease muscle tension or recover from an athletic event. A full body stretch is also a great option if you don’t have time for a massage but are still looking to reduce stress and muscle tension.
