For first time clients, we will send you two forms which can be reviewed and filled out electronically. The consent and client intake forms only need to be filled our prior to your first visit so we won’t be asking for them again. By filling these out ahead of time, we can get started quicker so you get the full value out of each session.
Choose your space
Our services are offered at Onward Knoxville but we can also visit you at home, the office, or any other location with a private room. You will need an open area that is free of items on the floor for the therapist to work around the table. A minimum area of 6’ by 10’ is suggested. Having adequate space will guarantee you receive the highest level of treatment.
Preparation and arrival
For appointments at Onward Knoxville you just need to arrive b your scheduled start-time. For mobile clients, your massage therapist will arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up for your session. Prior to your first appointment only, we’ll send you two forms for you to review and fill out electronically. Your treatment will take place for the duration of your booking (i.e. 30, 60, or 90 minutes). Once the session is over we’ll usually be packed out within 10 minutes.

Mobile Service Areas
We are able to serve most homes and offices in the greater Knoxville area. Once you schedule an appointment we’ll verify your address is within reach.

Payment
We accept cash, check, or any major credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Clients who reschedule or cancel their appointment less than 24 hours before the start of their appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
